We want you to love your custom products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple return process.

Return Eligibility

At SUPERFRIDAYS, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom-printed items are eligible for return only if there’s a printing error or product defect caused by us.
  • Non-customized items (e.g., blank products) may be returned for any reason, provided they meet the above conditions.

Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for custom items simply because you changed your mind about the design.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@superfriday.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Ship It Back: Package the item securely, include the RMA number on the package, and send it to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Refunds and Exchanges

Here’s what you can expect after we process your return:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like a replacement (e.g., for a defective item), we’ll ship it at no additional cost once the original item is received.
  • Store Credit: Available upon request instead of a refund, valid for 12 months from issuance.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Custom products with no printing errors or defects.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
