SuperFriday is registered in London, UK and prints on demand at production facilities in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Each order is automatically produced at the facility closest to your customer, keeping delivery times short and shipping costs low.

What artwork files and sizes should I upload?

Every product page lists its artwork template size and DPI (typically 150 DPI). Upload your design at the exact template dimensions — you can download the template for each product directly from its page. JPG works for most products; use a transparent PNG where the product page calls for it.

Can I connect my online store to SuperFriday?

Yes. SuperFriday integrates with Shopify and OrderDesk, so orders from your storefront flow straight into our production queue automatically — no manual re-keying. You can also place orders manually from your dashboard.

How long do production and delivery take?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, then shipping time depends on the destination and the facility serving it. Shipping rates for every region are listed on each product page and shown at checkout.

Yes — and we recommend it. Because there are no minimums, you can order one item with your design to check the print quality and fit before adding it to your store.

What is your returns policy?

Because every product is custom-printed to order, we don't accept general returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted compared to your approved artwork, report it within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund it.
