Terms of Service

Welcome to SuperFriday. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SuperFriday platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SuperFriday ("we", "our", "us"), registered in London, UK.

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use — by registering, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business or as a self-employed individual.

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at info@superfriday.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account approval is at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or revoke registrations without explanation.

SuperFriday provides a print-on-demand fulfilment platform that allows registered users to:

• Browse a catalogue of printable products.
• Upload artwork and create designs using the Artwork Builder tool.
• Place orders for custom-printed products to be fulfilled and shipped.
• Integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify to automate order processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You retain full ownership of any artwork, images, and designs you upload or create using our platform ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and licences to use Your Content.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Your Content does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law. You are solely liable for any intellectual property claims arising from Your Content.

All orders placed through the Service are subject to availability. We will endeavour to fulfil orders promptly; however, production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

• Order acceptance: An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or the order status updates to "Submitted" in your dashboard.
• Artwork responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your artwork meets the specified dimensions and quality requirements. We are not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly sized files.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs procedures.
• International orders: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of placing an order. We use third-party payment processors; by making a payment, you also agree to their terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for additional bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other charges applied by your financial institution.

Because our products are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.
• We have made an error in printing that differs materially from your approved artwork.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@superfriday.com with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by reprint or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for errors in artwork submitted by you.

If you connect a Shopify store to the Service, you grant us permission to receive and process orders from that store on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your Shopify store, its content, customer relationships, and compliance with Shopify's terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Print or distribute counterfeit, fraudulent, or illegal goods.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Produce or distribute material that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download our platform content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperFriday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperFriday and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have breached these Terms or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any outstanding orders will be handled at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or via an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
