Will I be charged customs duties for my order?

We cannot predict whether or not customs duties will be charged, as this varies from country to country. Any customs duties or taxes charged are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred.

If you are shopping in the US, Canada, or Australia. We have a fulfilment centre located within the same country as the recipient, which means you will not be subject to any customs charges. However, due to the UK's departure from the European Union (Brexit), customers in Europe may now see new customs charges for some items that are printed and shipped from the UK. We strive to provide the best possible service to all of our customers and will continue to monitor the situation to minimize any impact on our customers.

Why is my tracking number not accurate or live?

Your order comes with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email. However, we apologize if your tracking number is not providing accurate or real-time updates. This could be due to shipping delays, technical issues with the carrier's tracking system, or the package not being scanned properly. If you have any concerns about the status of your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

What shipping options are available?

Please note that our standard shipping typically delivers your items within 2-5 business days. However, depending on your location, delivery times may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Do you ship worldwide?

Shipping of orders for independent artist products on the SuperFriday marketplace is available worldwide as they are fulfilled by our various fulfilment centres. Once an order is placed, each item will be directed to the nearest independent printer based on your location.

We regret to inform you that we cannot fulfil orders for the following countries due to the locations of our printers and international shipping restrictions:

• Russia

Does Superfriday operate in the UK?

SuperFriday has 5 fulfilment centres across the globe. We aim to fulfil the order in nearest location. For example: Customers in the UK can place orders for products that are fulfilled within the UK, as well as merchandise that is fulfilled in other SuperFriday locations (please note that customs fees may apply.)
