Packaging

We use a variety of packaging options at our fulfillment centers, carefully selecting the most suitable option for each product type. We take special precautions to ensure that fragile products are packaged securely for maximum protection.

• Clothings We offer high-quality packaging options including poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in various sizes to accommodate larger orders.

• Accessories For products like face masks or socks, we use waterproof poly-mailer bags to provide a high level of protection. In cases where additional protection is needed, padded mailer bags are utilized.

• Wall arts We use sturdy fitted boxes to ensure that they are safely secured during shipping.

• Home & Living We use high-quality poly-mailer bags for soft items, while cardboard boxes may be used for larger orders. Products that require extra protection are shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive safely.

• Mugs Our mugs are packaged based on the fulfilment centres selected and will either be shipped in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional padding inserts to protect them during transport.

May I request for my order to be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping services. However, rest assured that your gift recipient will receive a well-presented package at their doorstep.
