In case your gift is delayed, please ask the sender to contact us, as we can only process requests from the email address used to purchase the order.
Can I change the address on my order?
No need to worry. If you need to change your shipping address, you can do so easily from your order confirmation email. Simply click on the "Orders Action" from order history, you can guarantee to update address within 2 hours of order placed. However, if it's been more than 2 hours, we will do our best to forward the new address information to our printers before your order ships.
If I've changed my mind about an order I've placed, how do I change or cancel it?
Cancellation Policy
At SuperFriday, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order. That's why we have a clear cancellation policy in place to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when it comes to canceling your order.
To cancel your full order and receive a refund, you simply click on the ""Orders Action"" from order history, We recommend that you do this as soon as possible to avoid any delays in processing your cancellation and refund, normally your order will bring production in 2 hours.
After two hours, your order is in production and may already be printed and awaiting shipment, so a refund is unavailable. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances, so please do reach out to our Customer Support team, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Order Changes
Order Change requests will be treated as a cancellation. Therefore, you'll need to follow our Cancellation Policy guidelines to cancel your existing order and place a new one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure that we can deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
