Setting up my account to get paid

Congratulations on signing up for the SuperFriday marketplace! To start earning money, there are a few key steps you'll need to take. First, make sure to verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email we sent you after signing up.

If you haven't received the email, be sure to check your spam folder. You can also resend the email from your account settings.

To get paid for your sales on SuperFriday, you'll need to set up your payment method. Here's how:

• Log in to your account and go to your Seller Dashboard.
• Click on ""Create connect account""
• Select your preferred payment method: Stripe or Bank Transfer.
• If you select Stripe, enter your Stripe email address. If you select Bank Transfer, enter your bank account information.
• Choose your preferred currency for receiving payments.
• Click "Save"

Be sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information so we can send your earnings directly to you. And that's it! You're now ready to start selling your products and earning money on SuperFriday.

When do I get paid?

At SuperFriday, once your earnings reach the $20 threshold, your payments start processing on the 10th of each month. However, it may take a couple of days to reach your Stripe account and up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account. Keep in mind that if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will process on the next business day.

There are several factors that can impact getting paid on time, including:

• You need to reach a minimum balance of $20, €20, or £20 before payments can be made.
• Unverified Stripe account may require manual claiming of payments
• Unshipped orders by the 10th will be included in the next month's pay cycle unless cancelled before shipping
• Canceled orders before shipping will not be paid
• Payment details must be updated before the 10th

By being aware of these factors and taking steps to keep your account in good standing, you can ensure that you get paid on time for your sales on the marketplace.
