Getting paid
Payment Threshold
Is it possible to merge the earnings from my various accounts?
It is not possible to link accounts, which means you cannot combine payments from multiple accounts to meet the payment threshold. Therefore, you will need to reach the payment threshold separately for each account.
Where can I find information about my outstanding balance?
To access information about your outstanding balance, you can log into your connect account via account setting > Seller. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your current balance as well as any pending transactions or charges. In addition, you may also be able to view your payment history, download statements, or set up payment alerts for your account.
What happens if a customer decides to return my product?
If your customers encounter any issues with their orders, please advise them to contact us directly through our Help Center. Please note that only our customer service team can process return requests. Don't worry, You will not be responsible for any costs associated with returned products.
Why are my sales still marked as pending?
Although manufacturing delays are rare, they can happen during busy holiday seasons. If there is a delay in printing, your sale will remain in a pending state until the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it will show as "To be paid" in your sales history until the next pay cycle. After the pay cycle, the sales status will change to "Paid".
Why haven't I been paid
If you have not yet received your payment, there may be several reasons why this is happening. Let's review the possible causes:
Your payment is on the way! Payments begin processing on the 10th of each month but may take a few days to arrive in your account depending on your payment method. You can learn more about processing times by reading this article.
You may not have reached the Payment Threshold, which requires independent artists to earn at least $20 (£20 or €20) before they can receive payment. If you're unsure what this means, please visit this link to learn more.
Your Stripe account may not be verified, as a verification step is required to ensure that all Stripe payments are legitimate. However, the verification process is straightforward and easy to complete.
The order may not have shipped yet, or the shipping date of the product you sold may not fall within the current pay cycle. If this happens, any earnings from that sale will be included in the next pay cycle.
Your account may have been suspended. If your account is no longer in good standing, any balance will be frozen in accordance with the SuperFriday User Agreement.
If you have met the Payment Threshold, your Stripe account is verified, your account is in good standing, and you still haven't received your payment, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue for you.

As an independent artist on the SuperFriday marketplace, it's important to ensure that everything is properly set up for you to receive payment. The first step is to confirm if you have met the payment threshold of $20, €20, or £20. If you haven't reached this threshold, you can expect to receive payment in the next eligible cycle once you have generated enough sales.
However, if you have met the payment threshold and still haven't received payment, it's likely that you need to verify your Stripe account. The reason for this is to ensure that all independent artists have a legitimate payment method, which is why a verification process is necessary for payment processing.Thankfully, verifying your Stripe account is a straightforward process that can be easily completed.
